Shipping policy

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be extended. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods and Rates:

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer various shipping options to suit your needs:

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days 

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your shipment by visiting the shipping carrier’s website or using the tracking link provided in the email.

International Shipping:

Currently, we only ship within India. We are planning to expand our shipping capabilities internationally in the future. Please stay tuned for updates regarding international shipping options.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a photo of the item(s) in question. 

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible by either providing a replacement or issuing a refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

The vista store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please reach out to the shipping carrier for assistance.
